Delphi
I've programmed for many years in Delphi, the best OOP programming environment in the 90's. The VCL (Visual Component Library) was brilliant.
I started the JVCL (JEDI VCL) probably around 1998, as part of Project JEDI ("Joint Endeavour of Delphi Innovators")
If you're interested, you might read more about my involvement in JVCL in my old interview
You can find JVCL on GitHub
PHP
Once I started using XOOPS CMS, I started to learn PHP, and I got stuck there
XOOPS is similar to Delphi in the sense that is very much OOP. It was started with the goal of making it as much OOP as possible.
The name XOOPS itself is an acronym of eXtensible Object Oriented Portal System.
